It stands to reason that both acquired competencies and Inherent Capability should be assessed when considering a candidate for a position with your organisation.
In the remainder of this module we will discuss the model that we advocate for conducting an integrated assessment on shortlisted candidates for a position after the usual screening procedures have been conducted.
