At the end of this module you should:
⦁ Have a working understanding of what we mean by personality and emotional capabilities (EQ) and how it affects individual and organisational performance.
⦁ Be aware of the research and statistics showing just how important EQ is to various aspects of individual and organisational performance.
⦁ Have a basic understanding as to how EQ determine Fit and Flow
⦁ Have a basic insight into how EQ regulates an individual’s behaviour
⦁ Have a basic understanding of what productive and counterproductive behaviours are
⦁ Understand what Derailers are and why they are important
