• Have a clear understanding of the multiple impacts of Cognitive Capability on individual and organisational performance

• Understand in detail what we mean by Cognitive Capability and the many cognitive processes involved.

• Understand the difference between, and respective importance of Fluid and Crystalized Cognitive Ability and how they are assessed

• Understand how cognitive ability is assessed and be aware of the different types of cognitive tests that are available
